Frequently Asked Questions

WebContent will start at 9:00am on Monday June 6 with the morning-long Content Strategy Workshop. Our Keynote and sessions begin at 1 PM. We'll have an evening reception on Monday from 5:30-7:00 at PJ Clarkes Restaurant and Bar, and an open house at Duo Consulting at the end of the day Tuesday.

The goal of the Web Content Conference is to provide a great learning experience for all attendees. The conference is geared towards Marketing Professionals, Webmasters, and anyone interested in improving content strategy with a focus on Mobile content. The intimate setting and smaller scale allows speakers and attendees the opportunity for more intimate dialog - enhancing the experience for all.

21st century learning requires the latest technology. Because the meeting rooms are also classrooms, state-of-the art technology is fully integrated.

Update 5/20/11

The recommended conference hotels are now full. Hotel rooms are available but generally at a premium with many conferences occurring in Chicago at the same time as WebContent 2011.  We recommend using a hotel locator service such as Hotwire.com using the zipcode 60654 as your geographic locator.

The conference will be held at the Gleacher Center which is walking distance from many of Chicago's famous attractions (The Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, the Art Institute, and much more). From the airport and throughout the city, getting around in Chicago couldn't be easier. The public transportation can get you just about anywhere you'd need to go and is integrated right into Google Transit making it easy to browse route options and travel times. If you prefer a taxi, cab companies offer fixed pricing to downtown from the airports.

Oh my -- that's going to be a long answer. Long enough, in fact, that we've created an entirely separate page to answer this question!
